August update – Ramping up + Mechanics

Hello world, I wanted to share some progress updates with you. As of right now, I’ve been working full time on Impulse, gearing up for some special events in September with the launch of our Kickstarter, a demo and full trailer! Right now I’m programming in the mechanics of the game, preparing for Voice Acting by finalizing casting and finishing off the Chapter One script. Kickstarter Rewards + Update

What kind of rewards really make you excited for a kickstarter? Is it something as simple as early bird pricing, or physical copies? Perhaps something as in depth as being an NPC, or some other way to become involved with the game? I honestly need a little feedback here as I prepare for future updates. And on that note, UPDATES! Soundtrack Research

So writing a videogame soundtrack is very new to me, yet a very exciting proposition! As I compose for it, I’d love to share with you some inspiration, and how I’m making musical decisions. Steins Gate + Impulse Updates

Hello all! So recently I started playing Steins Gate, which is commonly regarded as a great visual novel. I have to admit, the first hour or so really hasn’t grabbed my attention. Maybe it’s the main character having this off the wall, totally eccentric personality that doesn’t quite vibe with me. Maybe it’s the fact that it’s translated from Japanese.
